All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Personalised designs are created based on the details you provide, so please check them carefully before checkout.

You agree to provide accurate details and not to request designs that infringe copyright, trademark, or contain offensive or unlawful content. We reserve the right to refuse any request.

Files & delivery

Digital and print-ready files are prepared after payment. Delivery times for physical products (where offered) will be confirmed at checkout or by email.
